When booking a stay with a voucher, you receive:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special dates: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Easter holidays, May weekend, "Wine Friday" dinner.
  • To make a reservation, please contact the hotel reception.
  • When making a reservation, please inform the reception that the payment will be made using the voucher.

  • The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
