Privacy

§ 1

Based on Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law, this Privacy and Cookies Policy, hereinafter referred to as the "Policy," is introduced.

§ 2

In this privacy policy, the following terms should be understood as:

  • Publisher – Pałac Komierowo Komfit spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością SP. K. based in Tomice, ul. Europejska 4, 05-532 Baniocha, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number KRS: 0000712968, NIP:1231384515, REGON:369220282,
  • Service – the website www.palackomierowo.pl and its subpages,
  • User – an internet user using the Service,

§ 3

  1. In order to make a reservation, the User must fill out the appropriate form. Specified personal data is required there. Also, in correspondence with the Publisher, the User may provide personal data to enable the Publisher to respond.
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to make a reservation or to get an answer to a question.
  3. All personal data that the User enters into the forms or provides in correspondence with the Publisher is processed in a manner consistent with the requirements specified in Polish law, and primarily in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, known as GDPR.

§ 4

  1. The data controller is the Publisher.
  2. The Publisher may entrust the processing of collected personal data of Users to another entity based on an agreement on entrusting personal data processing.
  3. The Publisher informs that recipients of personal data may be:
    1. suppliers of tools for analyzing traffic on the site, including studying users’ preferences on the site,
    2. suppliers of marketing tools,
    3. entities engaged in hosting (storing) the Service,
    4. other entities providing IT services to the administrator,

§ 5

  1. The User has the right to access their personal data and may verify or correct them, as well as delete them, by submitting the appropriate request to the Publisher.
  2. The User also has the right to restrict processing and the right to data portability. If personal data is processed unlawfully, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  3. The User also has the right to object to the processing of personal data. This right applies in two situations if the User's personal data is processed:
    1. for direct marketing purposes; such objection does not require justification,
    2. based on other legitimate interests of the Publisher or another administrator; such objection requires justification by the User’s particular situation.

§ 6

  1. The Publisher processes Users' personal data and uses it to make a reservation in the facility run by the Publisher, to provide answers to inquiries addressed to the Publisher, as well as for marketing purposes involving the promotion of the Publisher and its own services. Personal data may also be processed for marketing, analytical, and statistical purposes related to establishing User preferences, including adapting the content of the Service to the User's interests.
  2. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b and Article 6, paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR. The legitimate interest of the administrator is conducting marketing of its own services.

§ 7

Personal data processed within marketing activities will be processed for the duration of their conduction by the Publisher or until the User objects to further processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

§ 8

The Publisher applies technical measures required by current personal data protection regulations to prevent unauthorized acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically.

Cookies

§ 9

  1. The Service uses cookies (so-called "cookies"), i.e., small text information stored on the User's device, which may then be read by the Publisher.
  2. Cookies are used to:
    1. adapt the content of the Service to the User's preferences and optimize the use of the Service; these cookies allow recognizing the User's device and properly display the website tailored to their individual needs;
    2. create statistics that help understand how Users use web pages, enabling improvement of their structure and content;
    3. marketing purposes, including the analysis of Users' preferences.
  3. Two main types of cookies are used within the Service: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the User's device until logout, leaving the website, or closing the internet browser. "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User’s device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until removed by the User.

§ 10

  1. The Publisher informs Users that it is possible to configure the internet browser so that the storage of cookies on the device is disabled.
  2. Cookies can be deleted through appropriate internet browser functions, programs dedicated for this purpose, or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

§ 11

Changing the browser configuration that prevents or limits storing cookies on the User's device may cause limitations in the functionality of the Service.

§ 12

Cookies placed on the User’s device may also be used by third parties cooperating with the Publisher.
